Alcohol: 6.6% v/v (5.2% w/w)
Water: RO H20 with 2tsp gypsum.
Grain: 3 lb. American 2-row
10 lb. British pale
.5 lb. German Munich
.5 lb. American victory
.5 lb. American crystal 40L
.5 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 71% efficiency
153° for 90 minutes.
Boil: 80 minutes SG 1.050 8 gallons
Irish moss and yeast nutrient last 15 minutes.
Hops: 1 oz. Magnum (10.8% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Glacier (6.1% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Magnum (10.8% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Glacier (6.1% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Glacier (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 1056 1 quart starter
Log: Chilled to 65° in 10 minutes with counter flow chiller.
Carbonation: 1.8 volumes Keg: 4.7 psi @ 40°F
