155° for 75 minutes. I heat mine up a little more than my mashing temp, add grain, then put it in a pre warmed oven for the alotted time while stirring occasionally. Usually doesnt fluctuate temperature by more than 3-4 degrees depending on how much i mess with it. | ||||||||

Hops: | 1 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.) 2 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.) 1 oz. Willamette (aroma) |

Yeast: | Pacific Ale Yeast, i really like this yeast, really clean flavor. Probably going to use it as a base for my own special hybrid yeast. | |||||||
Log: | Ferment around 67° for a week, secondary for 2 weeks then bottle condition. Dry Hop during secondary with 2 oz crystal. | |||||||
Carbonation: | bottle conditioned to about 3.2 CO2 | |||||||
Tasting: | Trying to perfect my IPA recipe and hoping this will be it. |
