Sweetwater IPA Clone
This is my first stab at my favorite house beer. I'm using some leftover WLP011 yeast from my last batch. If I were starting from scratch I might consider WLP001 or WLP005. We'll see.

Log: | Ferment at 70-72 deg until done. Secondary for 2 weeks with dry hops. I also aerate my work with pure oxygen. |
