Hops: | 2 oz. Magnum (13.1% AA, 60 min.) .5 oz. Columbus (12.2% AA, 30 min.) .5 oz. Cascade (6.3% AA, 30 min.) .5 oz. Columbus (12.2% AA, 10 min.) .5 oz. Cascade (6.3% AA, 10 min.) |

Yeast: | White Labs 001 in 1 liter starter | |||||||
Log: | Ferment 7 days at 68°F. Rack to secondary and add 1 oz Columbus and 1 oz Cascade dry hops for 5 days at 60°F. Rack to tertiary fermenter and refridgerate 5 days to allow solids to settle out. Rack to keg and force carbonate. | |||||||
Carbonation: | 2.3 volumes | Keg: 10.1 psi @ 40°F | ||||||
Force carbonate to 2.3 volumes. | ||||||||
Tasting: | Stone uses Magnum and Centennial hops in their beer, but due to the (gasp!!) SHORTAGE... I came up with Magnum, Columbus and Cascade. I hope this ends soon. |
