Hoppy Cascade IPA

Have not tried this yet, will be brewing this weekend 7/12/08 Any comments on this recipe will be appreciated

Beer: Hoppy Cascade IPA Style: India Pale Ale
Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
16 HCU (~10 SRM)
Bitterness: 48 IBU
OG: 1.061 FG: -
Alcohol: -
Water: Using bottled spring water
Grain: .5 lb. American crystal 60L
Steep: Steep @ 155°F in 1 gallon water for 30 min. Add 2 gallons of water to do the rest of the boil.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.101 3 gallons
8 lb. Light malt extract
1 whirlfloc tablet @ 15 min
Hops: 2 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1056 American Ale
Log: Dry hop with 1oz Cascade 2 days before bottling
Carbonation: 2.0 volumes Corn Sugar: 2.82 oz. for 4.5 gallons @ 70°F
