Alcohol: 6.3% v/v (5.0% w/w)
Water: gypsum in mash
Grain: 10 lb. British pale
.5 lb. Wheat malt
1 lb. British Munich
1 lb. British crystal 50-60L
Mash: 75% efficiency
infusion mash at 155 deg F
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.059 6 gallons
irish moss at 15 min to go
Hops: 1 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 90 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (9.1% AA, 90 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast american ale 1056, 1 qt starter
Carbonation: medium carbonation in a keg with priming sugar
