Steep: | Place crushed grains in a nylon steeping bag and shake to remove flour. Put the bag in 2 gallons of water and bring to 155°F. Hold for 30 minutes. Remove the bag and squeeze out additional wort into the kettle. | |||||||

Add DME first to prevent clumping. Add 1 teaspoon Irish moss after 55 minutes. Ensure that the maximum amount of heat is used whilst guarding against boil-overs; however this recipe posed us no threat. | ||||||||
