Log: | Brewed on Sep.-23-2008. Took gravity reading after pitching the yeast. The temp was a little high(69 degrees).After airating for about 5 min the reading was 1.052. Took a gravity reading 15 hours later. The tempature was lower than the night before.Iit was 1.060. Well see how it turns out. I will be dry hopping with 1 oz of columbus hop. | |||||||
