Mash: 80% efficiency
Brought 2.5 gal of water to 168, put grains in and steeped at 152 for 45 minutes.
Boil: minutes SG 1.092 4 gallons
7 lb. Light malt extract
1 lb. Amber dry malt extract
I teaspoon of Irish moss 15 left in boil
Hops: .5 oz. Centennial (8.0% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Simcoe (11.9% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Centennial (8.0% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Simcoe (11.9% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Centennial (8.0% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Simcoe (11.9% AA, 15 min.)

Carbonation: 3/4 cup of corn sugar for carbonation
