Log: | The last .5 oz williamette were dry hopping. The galena hops were actually Columbus @ 14 aau (Galena was the closest possibility. Took off quickly and fermented cleanly (I re-hydrated the yeast before pitching. Fermented for 1 week, then dry hopped for a week and kegged. | |||||||

Tasting: | My 3rd batch has been my best yet. This one is nice & bitter, but finishes cleanly. I am told that I need to let some of my beer age about 6 weeks after bottling / kegging, but I can't seem to get far enough ahead to not drink it all within 4 weeks :). |
