Remove steeping grains and boil the pale malt extract for 60 minutes | ||||||||
Hops: | 1 oz. Eroica (12% AA, 60 min.) .75 oz. Nugget (12% AA, 60 min.) .5 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 30 min.) 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.) 2 oz. Cascade (aroma) .5 oz. Centennial (aroma) |

Yeast: | transfer to fermenter with cold water to make 5 gallon batch. Cool to 70°aerate very well and add the American Ale Yeast Slurry. Dry hop 2 oz of Cascade | |||||||
Log: | Dry hop 2 oz of Cascade. Ferment at 65-70 until finished. transfer to a secondary and condition for 2-3 weeks at 55-60'F. Disolve corn sugar into finished beer and bottle, conditionally for another 2-3 weeks | |||||||
Carbonation: | 3/4 cup of corn syrup |
