Summertime IPA
Best homebrew IPA I've tasted! With the magnum hops taking care of the bitterness and large late addition and dry hopping taking care of aroma and flavor, it makes for one hoppy treat. Belgian malts add subtle but pleasant body and mouth feel!

Mash in at 148° F in 5 - 6 quarts of water. Hold at 133° F for 30 min Add 2 quarts boiling water. Hold at 155° F for 30-45 min Then bring up to 167° F - hold for 15 min Sparge with 6-8 quarts boiling water. |
