Bigan Mash at 55°C and raised the temp to Mash at 67°C for 45 Minutes. Raise Temp agian to 74°C for 15 minute. mash out. | ||||||||

Hops: | 60g Fuggles (4.2% AA, 60 min.) 60g Kent Goldings (5.6% AA, 15 min.) 30g Willamette (5% AA, 5 min.) |

Yeast: | Fermentis S-04 or Danstar Notingham (English Ale Yeast) Will be using S-04 for this one. |

Log: | Must crush grian very fine for BIAB method! **good job on the crushing. efficiency exceeded expectations by far! Brewed on 07/MAY/2010. cooled using No-Chill. Transfered to fermentation on Sunday 9/MAY/2010 Fermented for 7 days at apx. 21-22°C. FG = 1013 Bottled (16/05/2010) 9 liters only as half the batch was drained due to contamination. |

this batch has been devided into 2 fermentors. Use 60 gr of Corn Sugar for each half batch. |
