First big beer with my Igloo 5gal mash-tun. This is the most grain I have attempted to mash with it. If efficiency suffers dramatically(below 67-68%) I must consider aquiring a larger cooler. This is, to some degre, diagnostic. Also my first experience brewing with Canada Malting 2-row.

20 HCU (~11 SRM)
Bitterness: 89 IBU
OG: 1.068 FG: 1.014
Alcohol: 7.0% v/v (5.5% w/w)
Water: Naperville tap water.
Grain: 10 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. American crystal 20L
1 lb. American crystal 60L
Mash: 75% efficiency
Plan on mashing around 150F.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.049 7 gallons
4 oz. Cane sugar
Longer boil so to maximize efficiency. My usual boils are 60 min.
Hops: 1.0 oz. Centennial (8.7% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (8.7% AA, 30 min.)
1.0 oz. Willamette (4.8% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Amarillo (7.2% AA, 10 min.)
2 oz. Centennial (8.7% AA, 2 min.)
Yeast: Nottingham ale.
Log: Plan on brewing this after Christmas.
Carbonation: 1/2 cup table sugar in keg.
