Steep: Steep grains in 3liter of 67° C water for 30 minutes. Rinse with 1.5 liters water at 77°. Remove grains and add water to make 10 liters.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.048 21 liters

1.5kg Light malt extract
Bring to boil, add 1 can extract. In last 15min add second can extract and Irish Moss. Total boil is 60 minutes.
Hops: 40g Pacific Jade (13.6% AA, 60 min.)
30g Cascade (9.4% AA, 10 min.)
30g Nelson Sauvin (aroma)
30g Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: American Ale Yeast
