Chimay clone
By my opinion this is a great clone of Chimay Red/Cinq Cents... I have done taste tests and is very similar (i think better). I recultured yeast from a bottle of Chimay Grand Reserve, with some luck, and it worked very well. This has to be my favorite brew

Yeast: | Recultured from Chimay Grande Reserve.. i decided to use this yeast due to the higher alcohol content, thus thinking the yeast maybe a little more tolerent and heartier.? Either way it worked great |
