Flying Red Junk Yard Dog Ale
This beer was designed to commemorate the first showing of my
son's dog Rogan at an agility trial. During the two day trial they
were in the ring 6 times and brought home 5 first place ribbons.

Mash with three gallons of water at 140° and hold for 20 minutes Raise temperature to 155° and hold for 80 minutes Mash out at 170° sparge and collect 7.5 gallons of wort. |
