Yeast: | white labs.wlp570 ( belgian golden ale) make a 3 qt. starter you will need this much yeast because of the high gavity of this ale. | |||||||
Log: | ferment at 68 degr. rack to secondary add 11oz. corn sugar add more yeast nutrient. when ale falls clear keg and enjoy your work!!!! | |||||||
Tasting: | should taste dry, and have a dense white head atop a golden colored ale |
