8 oz. Belgian Cara Pils
1 lb. Raw wheat
12 oz. Belgian aromatic
Mash: 70% efficiency
157° in an ice cube cooler for 1 hour
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.061 6 gallons
1 lb. Honey
5 tsp. Corriander
2 tsp. Cardamon
added to last 5 minutes of the boil
Hops: 1 oz. Styrian Goldings (5.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: WLP550 - Belgian
