This is a super high gravity I have made with several variations with suger options.

Alcohol: 17.7% v/v (13.9% w/w)

Grain: 1 lb. American Vienna
1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
.5 lb. Flaked oats
Steep: 140 degrees F
Boil: 180 minutes SG 1.315 2.5 gallons
12 lb. Light malt extract
3 lb. Light dry malt extract
2 lb. Wheat extract
1 lb. Belgian candi sugar
1.3 lb. Honey
long boil before hop addition to carmelize the malt sugers
Hops: 1 oz. Centennial (9.3% AA, 110 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.3% AA, 110 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.3% AA, 70 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (4.7% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.3% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (4.7% AA, 20 min.)
Yeast: Belgion golden ale and Saison big starter
