Tasting: | 8/31/08: When 1st poured it sustains a cloudy caramel color. The carbonation is lively with a a nice head. The cloudiness is an attribute from the steeping of oats. The 1st sniff of the brew has a fruity bubbalicious scent. The taste is overwhelming with so many different characteristics, the best way to describe would be a semi-sweet caramel flavor with a slightly bitter after taste. A worthy beverage that makes you want to have more then one so you can try to distinguish the flavors, definitely a Pantry Mystery. |
