1.3 quarts per pound at 153°F for 90 min. Continuously sparge with 190°F water to attain 6.5 gal. | ||||||||
Boil: | 70 minutes | SG 1.073 | 6.5 gallons | |||||
1 lb. Brown Sugar 1 lb. Black Locust Honey |

Add Brown Sugar for 10 minutes of boil. Then follow hop schedule. 1 tsp Irish Moss for last 15 minutes. Add honey for last 5 minutes. | ||||||||
