Water: Used distilled drinking water.
Grain: 1 lb. British Munich
8 oz. American crystal 60L
2 oz. Roasted barley
Steep: Steeped grains @ 150° for 20 minutes. Then raised to 170° for 30 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.131 2 gallons
6 lb. 6 oz. Amber malt extract
Hops: 1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 10 min.)
Yeast: American Ale yeast
Log: Primary ferment for 8 days @ 68°.
