Log: | Typical brew / fermentation cycle times. This is a great recipe and I will be making it again once the first keg is empty. | |||||||
Carbonation: | Carbonate with 12 lbs CO2, then serve with beer gas. | |||||||
Tasting: | This is a great tasting beer. I don't want to call it a Scottish Ale because the body is much smoother than your typical Scottish. This ale is a true crowd pleaser as it offers something for everyone. |
