Steep: Steep at 150 deg. for 45 minutes
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.055 5 gallons
3 lb. Light dry malt extract
3 lb. Wheat extract
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Crushed Corriander (15 min.)
1 oz. Orange Peel (15 min.)
Yeast: 3944 Belgian Witbier Yeast
Log: Primary for 1 week at 70 Deg. Racked to secondary for 1 weeks at 68 deg. Kegged.
Carbonation: Forced.
