Alcohol: 6.2% v/v (4.9% w/w)
Water: Used tap water from Falcon, CO. system
Grain: 1.0 lb. Belgian pale
1.0 lb. Rye (raw)
Mash: 40% efficiency
partial mash: rye and belgian pale malts at 150°F for one hour then sparge with 2gals 170°F water
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.040 3.5 gallons
3 lb. Wheat extract
At flameout add 2 tsp's lemon peel(McCormicks dried)
At flameout add 1 tsp cilantro(McCormicks dried)
Hops: .25 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast #3944 Belgian White
Carbonation: Kegged with CO2 8.5 psi # 35°F
