I'm constantly serching for the perfect Wit beer. This is the third rendition of this recipe. Hopefully this time I'll get it.

Add saaz at begining of boil. Add 28g bitter orange, 56g crushed coriander seeds and 14g grains of paradice with 15 min left. Add 1 tsp irish moss and Hallertauer with 5 min left. | ||||||||
