3 lb. Light dry malt extract
3 lb. Wheat extract
Added all extract at the beginning of the boil.
1 oz orange peel and 1 oz coriander seed (cracked) added at 15 minutes.
Hops: .5 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 3944 Belgian Witbier Yeast
Carbonation: Force carbonated
