summer white ale
kind of a mixture between a spicy white ale and a summer ale,this one came out good, lots of carbonation like a soda. a little to spicy though I would cut down the coriander and grains of paradise and maybe add some more lemon.

Yeast: | we split this batch in half to ferment one 5 gallon batch got wlp400 and the other got wlp380 they both got 1/2 teaspoon of yeast nutrient and were oxygenated at 10 psi for 5 minutes. No Starter and they both kicked off in less than 24 hours. 3-7-09 transfered the 380 batch because gravity is at .006. and the 400 batch also at .006 3-10-09 | |||||||
