Alcohol: 4.8% v/v (3.8% w/w)
Water: City water, softened, gypsum added 1 tsp to mash water
Grain: 4 lb. 0 oz. British pale
1 lb. 0 oz. Belgian aromatic
1 lb. 0 oz. Oats (raw)
3 lb. 0 oz. Raw wheat
Mash: 80% efficiency
Mash in 122° / 2 gallons / 110° rest / 10 minutes
Add 180° / 1 gallon / 122° rest/ 10 minutes
Add 212° / 1.25 gallons/ 156° rest / 3 hours
mash out 180° / 2 gallons / 160° rest / 10 minutes
start sparge w/o adding more water-drain MT, then added 2 more gallons 180° water and drain again








Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.037 7 gallons
Irish moss at 10 minutes.
1/2 oz ground coriander at flame out
2 oz orange peel at flame out
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Repitched onto yeast cake from previous batch (#88, No Mas Vos Belgian Dubble)
Log: Pitch at 70° , ferment at same.
1.034 preboil grav., 7 gallons collected
SG 1.044 actual.
Hops were actually Glacier fresh frozen from garden
Brit pale grain was Simpson Golden Promise
Wheat was Weyermans
Oats were Simpsons Naked Oats

Carbonation: 2.4 volumes Keg: 11.2 psi @ 40°F
Tasting: Just brewed
