This recipe is based largely upon Randy Mosher's "Saisoon Buffoon" recipe from his book Radical Brewing

7 HCU (~6 SRM)
Bitterness: 38 IBU
OG: 1.062 FG: 1.014
Alcohol: 6.2% v/v (4.9% w/w)
Grain: 6 lb. Belgian Pilsner
1 lb. Wheat malt
3 lb. German Munich
Mash: 73% efficiency
Single infusion mash at 152 degrees for 60 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.048 6.5 gallons
1 lb. Sugar in the Raw
Sugar in the Raw is added with the 30 minute hop addition. 0.67 oz. Ground Coriander Seed, 1/4 tsp. Paradise Seed, zest of 1 orange and 1/2 grapefruit added with the 5 minute hop addition.
Hops: 1 oz. Perle (6.5% AA, 60 min.)
1.5 oz. Saaz (2.0% AA, 30 min.)
2 oz. Tettnanger (5.0% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: While Labs Saison Yeast
