"Fidelio" (rev.1806/14) (Op.72)
Named after the 200 year anniversary of Beethoven's only Opera
Alex's Cara-munich is a home roasted malt.
I blended some of this beer with a paler more acidic beer, will update with the results.

Tasting: | A nice brown beer, this isnt a copy of liefmans, its a sweeter version with slightly tart edge from the fuggles - more like the one from Cnudde or Roman. The home-roasted Cara lends a licorice, caramel note which is very nice. The hops are balanced nicely also. |
