Steep: | steep with three grain bags . water temp 130 degrees for 30 min in all 6gal. bring water to 150 steep 60 min. remove grain bags place grain in mash tank . add extrac to boil. bring temp to 170. sparge wort into mash about 4.5 gal out of the 6gal in boil tank for 15in return to boil tank add the last gal. of water at room temp to sparge.for 10min drain mash tank an add to boil. | |||||||
