Mash at 150 degrees F for 60 minutes with 1.25 quarts per lb. of malt (12 Quarts at a strike temp of 163.6 degrees F). Mash out at 168 degrees F with 7 quarts of 190 degree F water. Sparge with another 5 quarts of 170 degree F water. Collect 5 gallons pre boil volume. Add 2 gallons and bring to a boil. | ||||||||
