Tasting: | Brewed in March. Beer has been conditioning in keg in fridge since then. Tasted prior to serving at Party. Very light hop aroma. Pleasing, fairly balanced taste. Hint of caramel/sweetness in aftertaste. I am very excited to drink this full bore at the party. |
