Like Wynkoop's RailYard Ale, this is a Marzen-esque recipe designed to use an ale yeast - So I'm putting it under Alt.

29 HCU (~15 SRM)
Bitterness: 27 IBU
OG: 1.047 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 4.8% v/v (3.7% w/w)
Grain: 2kg 450g British pale
175g Wheat malt
700g British Munich
70g American crystal 20L
70g British chocolate
35g Roasted barley
Mash: 77% efficiency
BIAB 68°C for 90min, Dunk sparge/Mashout for 16-18L pre-boil.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.047 18 liters
Irish Moss and DAP @ 40min.
Hops: 30g Perle (4.8% AA, 60 min.)
16g Perle (4.8% AA, 8 min.)
Yeast: US-05 17°C
Carbonation: 2.2 vols.
