If all else fails you will find Blue Agave in the health/organic food store. Was 4$ cheaper than malt as well. Is what I think makes this beer! 1 tbs Irish Moss last 10 minutes of boil. Willamette hops were leaf hops in bag | ||||||||

Log: | Primary - 15 days Keg/bottle 16th day or when fermentation completely stops for 3-4 days |

Tasting: | Crisp, sweet, mildly malty with a hint of agave. Easy drinking all year yum! |
