mash @ 152 for 60 minutes in 12 quarts of water. Mash out @ 170 for 10 minutes. Sparge with 4 gallons of 168 water, collecting 6.5 gallons of wort. |

Hops: | 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 30 min.) 1 oz. Willamette (aroma) |

Log: | Ferment 68-72 for 7 days in primary, 7 days in secondary. | |||||||
Carbonation: | Bottle with 5 oz of priming sugar. Let stand 1-2 weeks, cut the grass and enjoy a couple. |
