Alcohol: 5.6% v/v (4.4% w/w)
Water: Filtered tap water
Grain: 19 lb. American 2-row
2 lb. German Munich
3 lb. American crystal 20L
1 lb. American crystal 60L
8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 77% efficiency
One step infusion,28 Qts.water @ 168° strike temp. hold at 154° for 70 minutes,mash out @ 170° for 10 minutes.Sparge with 175° water for a total of 14 gallons.

Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.051 14 gallons
Add Irish moss last 15 minutes of boil.
Hops: 2 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
1.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Mt. Hood (5% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Mt. Hood (aroma)
Yeast: American ale # 1056 make a good size starter (16-24 oz.)
Log: Hold at normal ale temps. 66-70° for 7-10 days in primary,14-18 days in secondary,keg/bottle and age 4-5 weeks.... Got lazy held primary for just over 3 weeks and secondary about the same. Tasted the uncarbonated beer as I was keging and this is a good beer will let it set about a week under 15-16 psi befor taping.
Carbonation: 2.6 volumes Keg: 15.5 psi @ 44°F
Corn Sugar: 5.46 oz. for 6 gallons @ 65°F
Tasting: This is nice and hoppy with a good malt base.(damn good beer)
