Log: | Hold at normal ale temps. 66-70° for 7-10 days in primary,14-18 days in secondary,keg/bottle and age 4-5 weeks.... Got lazy held primary for just over 3 weeks and secondary about the same. Tasted the uncarbonated beer as I was keging and this is a good beer will let it set about a week under 15-16 psi befor taping. |
