Yeast: | Four 6 g. packs of Muntons dry ale yeast was rehydrated and added to a 1 gallon stater. The yeast was started 3 days prior to brew day. The starter was 1.050 specific gravity, made with corn sugar. Each day an additional tablespoon of sugar was added. |

Log: | Fermentation temperature was 60 degrees F. The primary took 2.5 days to complete. Dry hopping was initiated on transfer to the secondary. |
