Steep: | Grains steeped at 150°F for 40 minutes, sparged with one quart 160°F tap water. | |||||||
Boil: | 75 minutes | SG 1.050 | 6.5 gallons | |||||

Irish Moss at 15 minutes until end of boil | ||||||||
Hops: | 1 oz. Perle (8% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 45 min.) 0.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 5 min.) 0.5 oz. Cascade (aroma) 1 oz. Centennial (aroma) |

Yeast: | Wyeast 1332 - Northwest Ale. Pitchable tube (XL) stepped up to a 800 ml starter. |

Log: | 6 oz. clover honey boiled in one cup of tap water added with dry hops at transfer to secondary. Honey should add 2 gravity points. | |||||||
Carbonation: | Bottled with 5 oz. DME for 5 gallons |
