Memorial Pale Ale
This is a great beginner recipe. It produces a lightly hopped ale, perfect to satisfy all those BudMillorCoors drinkers. Great beer to start the beginning of the summer with.

Steep: | I steeped the crystal in a grain bag just until the water raises to a biol. When it begins to boil, remove crystal and add Malt extract. | |||||||

Yeast: | Nottingham-no starter, no rehydration, just cool wort to 80° and pitch yeast. | |||||||

Carbonation: | I batch primed from a bottling bucket with 3/4c of priming sugar (corn sugar) and bottled |
