Great beer to crack open on opening day of the baseball season. Better brew a few batches if you want it to last through the World Series.

Add malt and wheat extracts and Perle hops and boil for 30 minutes. Add Willamette and boil for an additional 30 minutes. Add 1 ounce of Mt. Hood and boil for 5 minutes. | ||||||||
Hops: | 1.25 oz. Perle (8% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 30 min.) 2 oz. Mt. Hood (aroma) |

Log: | Transfer to secondary fermenter after primary fermentation is complete. Add 1 more ounce of Mt. Hood and let finish fermenting. |
