Single infusion mash at 153 degrees for 1 hour. Heat sparge water to raise grain bed temp to 165 degrees and collect enough wort for a 7 gallon boil. | ||||||||
Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.046 | 7 gallons | |||||
Use two teaspoons of Irish Moss the last 15 minutes of the boil. | ||||||||
Hops: | 0.7 oz. Galena (11% AA, 60 min.) 0.5 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 30 min.) 0.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 5 min.) |
