This beer turned out just fantastic!!! I would suggest adding 3/4-1 lb of 2-row to help the PM eff.

Yeast: | Wyeast 1272 - No Starter :( Pitched @ 69 Degrees. A Starter would have made this beer much cleaner. | |||||||

Carbonation: | 1 Cup of Corn Sugar for Priming - Had great carbonation after 2 weeks. This beer needs to condidtion for at least 1 month after botteling before you can start to get the full taste - WORTH THE WAIT!!!!!!! |
