This was a big whoops. I forgot to add a bunch of the extract on day 1, so here's the real schedule: Day 1: 60 min 2.5 gal boil -Water from steeped Crystal malt -2.25 lb light DME -.5 lb wheat DME -.75 oz Cascade 60 min -2 oz Tettnanger 60 min -.25 oz Cascade 15 min -.25 oz Willamette 15 min Pitched yeast, then Day 2: 15 min 1 gal boil -4 lb light DME -2.5 oz Cascade Put both in 6 gal carboy |
