rest @150 over night. Sparged with 180`F. add marshmellos and bring up to a boil. Coopers yeast pitched at 78`F.

Type: Extract w/grain Size: 4 gallons
Color:
13 HCU (~9 SRM)
Bitterness: 32 IBU
OG: 1.043 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 4.3% v/v (3.4% w/w)
Grain: 6.25 lb. Flaked barley
Steep: after capturing runoff, the must was soaked in 180`F for an hour. and then added to the boil.
Boil: minutes SG 1.043 4 gallons
9 oz. Dark dry malt extract
9 oz. Corn sugar( 10 oz marshmello's)
1 lb. Corn sugar
Hops: 1.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
Carbonation: I will prime with .75lb corn sugar. just before bottling. I will also rack to second ferm. in four days.
Tasting: I will have to let you know, when I get there. 7/24/05
