second time i've used the munic grain, both times it turned out good,
took 6 hours start to finish, easy brew with no problems

bring 6.5 gal.water to 160° add all grains and adjust temp to 152° at 60 min. stir and test with iodine, adjust temp to 152° and mash 60 more min., test again and mash out at 168° for 5 min. |

added 2 oz. northern brewer hops pellets when i turned on the heat at 3 gal. sparged till 12 gal., added chiller and 2 whirlfloc tablets for 15 min. add 2oz.domestic fuggle loose raw hops in a bag last 5 min. |

Tasting: | very good brew, might dry hop in keg with domestic cascade next time |
