Carbonation: | Used 3/4C corn sugar to prime batch. | |||||||
Tasting: | At bottling this Ale is very two-toned : light hint of malt in a medium mouthfeel & then a nice citrus nip at the end. Not over the top either way, it looks to be highly drinkable. I am curious to see if the honey flavor shows up at all. |
